Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical liaison for the LaserPro application, supporting configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with lending teams to translate business needs into system requirements and ensure LaserPro is optimized for both consumer and commercial lending workflows
Analyze and document current loan processing workflows and identify opportunities for automation or improvement using LaserPro
Work closely with IT and third-party vendors to manage system integrations, data mapping, and compliance updates
Provide end-user support and training to loan officers, underwriters, and closers on LaserPro functionality and best practices
Participate in project planning and implementation for new lending products or regulatory changes impacting LaserPro
Ensure system documentation is up-to-date and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Required

8+ years of experience in lending operations—loan processing, underwriting, closing, or as a loan officer
5+ years of experience working with LaserPro or similar loan documentation systems
Strong understanding of consumer and/or commercial lending processes, documentation requirements, and compliance standards
Technical proficiency in system analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience working with core banking systems, loan origination platforms, and third-party integrations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users
