Responsibilities
Configuring workflows and modules, troubleshooting user issues, updating system settings, and collaborating with HR and IT teams to support ongoing talent acquisition efforts
Generate and analyze recruitment reports, provide end-user training, and participate in meetings to identify system improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Avature Level 3 or 4 (Certified in 2024 or later)
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition workflows
Human resources practices
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Direct Avature platform expertise
Familiarity with HRIS tools
Data integration
Avature certifications (L4)
Proficiency with Excel and reporting modules
Excellent problem-solving skills
Project management skills
Cross-functional communication skills
Configuring workflows and modules
Troubleshooting user issues
