Office Manager
D&L is a leading Commercial HVAC company seeking an Office Manager to support both field and office teams. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, managing administrative and financial processes, and facilitating effective communication across the organization.

Responsibilities
Enter and maintain employee time sheets and work orders to ensure accurate payroll and project tracking
Input purchase orders, invoices, and job-related costs into the ERP system for effective financial management
Assist with dispatching technicians to job sites as needed
Support ordering and tracking of job-site supplies to keep projects running smoothly
Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding processes when required
Provide general administrative and clerical support to operations and management teams
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills required
Prior accounting or payroll experience is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Driver's License
Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Experience working in construction or skilled trades preferred
