They are seeking a full-time Survey Intern to join their Survey Team for the summer, providing an opportunity to learn about the compensation survey cycle and gain exposure to various aspects of data collection and project management.

Responsibilities
Assisting Survey Project Managers with report peer review and data analysis
Assisting in the review and development of client presentations using PowerPoint
Assisting Survey Project Managers with the coordination of client meetings and webinars
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources or Data Analytics
An effective oral and written communicator
Strong data analysis skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship will not be provided)
Preferred
Prior exposure to Human Resources or Data Analytics is a plus
