Customer Success Specialist
True Anthem is a VC-backed AI software company specializing in AI-powered social media content optimization for publishers. The Customer Success Specialist will guide customers through their initial experience with True Anthem, focusing on onboarding, user education, and non-technical investigation.

Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for new users
Conduct initial investigations into customer inquiries
Deliver product training and tutorials
Monitor customer usage and provide refresher training
Create and maintain "how-to" guides for non-technical users
Partner with CSE L1 & L2 teams to route technical issues
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience in customer success, technical support, marketing, communications, or a relevant field (preferably within media)
BA/BS degree required, preferably in Marketing/PR, Communications, Journalism, or English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms
Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and/or Excel
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
