Inside Sales Specialist

Spectora is a leading SaaS property inspection platform on a mission to transform property ownership. They are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join their Revenue Team, responsible for building strong relationships with clients and identifying sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities.

Responsibilities

Adopt and execute the defined end-to-end prospect journey, ensuring leads are responded to promptly, qualified, nurtured, and advanced through all stages of the funnel
Understand and position the right product or service based on specific customer needs, focusing on value-driven solutions to improve conversion rates
Build rapport with potential clients, answer their questions, and address concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience
Perform webinars and group demos to inform prospects to generate leads
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and sales interactions
Proactively identify friction points and provide data informed feedback for GTM and Product teams for improvements to accelerate deal closure and increase conversions
Provide data informed feedback to go-to-market and product organizations to improve closing percentages
Tightly manage won and closed-lost reasons to enable full funnel stage performance
Conduct outbound calls, craft personalized and compelling outreach emails or other forms of communication to generate new business opportunities for targeted prospects and campaigns
Identify and qualify prospects through research and lead-generation tools for targeted prospects and campaigns (as defined by GTM team)
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations or sales presentations for prospective clients
Re-engage dormant accounts and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
Provide data informed feedback to go-to-market and product organizations to improve closing percentages
Tightly manage won and closed lost reasons to enable full funnel stage performance

Required

Proven track record of success in an inside sales or similar role- inbound and/or outbound
You're a succinct, effective communicator, both internally and externally
You're able to tailor your communication to meet a client where they are, and have strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in a CRM Software like HubSpot or Salesforce
Experience with managing sales tools with a focus on data quality and hygiene
You're strong in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing your time effectively
We believe in constantly challenging ourselves and have a desire to win
You have a results and data driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
