Community Manager, D’USSÉ Cognac (Temp - 6 Months)
Roc Nation is a leading entertainment agency, and they are seeking a Community Manager for D’USSÉ Cognac for a temporary 6-month position. This role involves engaging with the community on social media platforms, managing brand voice, and collaborating with various teams to enhance brand presence and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities
Manage and moderate daily comments, DMs, tags, and mentions across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X for D’USSÉ Cognac
Respond to and interact with key talent posts when D’USSÉ is tagged or featured
Proactively engage with followers, influencers, and aligned communities using the D’USSÉ tone and approved responses
Represent the brand’s tone—cool, confident, culturally tuned in—at all times
Support in creating engagement opportunities featuring Roc Nation talent and UGC/ Influencer posts when D’USSÉ is featured (e.g. sponsored appearances, cocktails)
Publish social content as requested by supervisor
Post live updates and stories during activations, tastings, and tentpole events (e.g. 4040 Fanatics, artist-hosted events)
Collaborate with digital teams to identify top-performing content in real time
Track community sentiment and key trends in user engagement (memes, sound trends, etc.)
Provide bi-weekly performance reports including audience growth, engagement spikes, and UGC trends
Flag opportunities for mentions, reposts, and gifting
Work closely with Roc Nation and Bacardi brand team to ensure all responses align with campaign priorities (e.g. D’USSÉ Fridays, influencer collaborations, etc.)
Collaborate with Roc Nation teams spanning Music, Sports, Creative, Podcasts and more on crossover moments
Participate in digital team brainstorms and status meetings
Stay ahead of emerging digital behaviors, creators, or moments for brand integration
Identify creative ways to organically connect D’USSÉ to trending cultural conversations, sports, entertainment or hip-hop events
Qualification
Required
Experience in community management or social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X
Ability to engage with followers, influencers, and aligned communities
Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the brand's tone
Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends, especially during events and key moments
Experience in tracking community sentiment and user engagement
Ability to provide performance reports and identify trends
Collaborative mindset to work with various teams and stakeholders
Cultural awareness and ability to connect the brand to trending conversations
