Responsibilities

Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified merchant opportunities
Conduct outbound sales prospecting, networking, and relationship development with dispensaries, franchise groups, and industry partners
Lead full-cycle sales processes, including discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close
Partner with Operations, Underwriting, and Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding transition and merchant activation
Maintain CRM discipline including notes, forecasting, follow-up cadence, and pipeline accuracy
Represent SALT at key cannabis trade shows, conferences, and activation events as needed

Required

Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified merchant opportunities
Conduct outbound sales prospecting, networking, and relationship development with dispensaries, franchise groups, and industry partners
Lead full-cycle sales processes, including discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and close
Partner with Operations, Underwriting, and Support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding transition and merchant activation

Able to move quickly, adapt, and iterate as the business scales
Previous experience as an Account Executive within cannabis or merchant services
