HR Administrative Assistant

They are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to provide excellent customer service and support to the Human Resource function, engaging with various HR pillars and managing administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Providing support for new hire orientation and onboarding activities
Organizing and tracking information via spreadsheets and various digital platforms
Coordinating employee engagement events and activities
Being the first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
Receiving, processing, and filing paperwork, invoices, mail, etc
Assisting with duties related to recruitment
Any other duties as assigned to support the Human Resource function
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of HR Administrative or Office experience
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong oral and written communication skills
A demonstrated customer service-orientation
Must be able to prioritize an assigned workload
Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Must be available to work extended hours as needed around core business hours of 7:30am-4:30pm
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Human Resources
A combination of education/work experience will be also considered
