Associate GTM Engineer
Reveneer is one of the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies, and they are seeking an Associate GTM Engineer to blend sales operations, data automation, and go-to-market systems. The role involves building and automating sales workflows, maintaining integrations with GTM systems, and collaborating with sales leadership to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities
Design and build automated Clay tables for list building, enrichment, lead scoring, and qualification
Use AI and enrichment tools to identify ICP criteria, buying triggers, decision-makers, and firmographics
Build multi-step enrichment waterfalls that maximize data coverage while controlling credit spend
Maintain integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and other GTM systems
Ensure data flows cleanly and reliably into our CRM and sequencing tools
Set up field mappings, normalization rules, and data hygiene processes
Work with SDR Managers, Team Leads, and Account Managers to translate ICPs into concrete filters and scoring models
Build automations that directly improve SDR productivity and meeting performance
Act as first responder for errors, failed automations, API limits, or data issues
Review logs, test fixes, and ensure automations stay healthy
Look for opportunities to increase efficiency or accuracy in our workflows
Qualification
Required
1+ years of sales experience (SDR/BDR preferred) or have worked in RevOps / Sales Ops / GTM Systems
Enjoy solving technical puzzles and want to get deeper into automation
Are comfortable with formulas, conditional logic, enrichment best practices, and CRM data rules
Love experimenting with new tools, reading documentation, and figuring things out independently
Can explain complex logic to non-technical sales leaders in a simple, clear way
Preferred
Have Clay experience (even basic projects or personal tinkering)
Have used Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar low-code automation tools
Can read API documentation and set up simple GET/POST requests
Have specific examples of workflows you've automated in past roles
