Footwear Unlimited, Inc. is a family-owned company and an industry leader in footwear design and distribution. They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support email and SMS marketing efforts, execute campaigns, and manage loyalty programs for their brands.

Responsibilities

Execute email and SMS campaigns as directed by the marketing and digital teams
Conduct quality checks over all automated and broadcast campaigns (grammar, spelling, accuracy)
A/B testing subject lines, content, and send times
Manage and continuously optimize broadcast and automated email and SMS campaigns
Own email and SMS performance analytics and reporting using major KPIs (CVR, CTOR, Click Rates, Open Rates, Revenue, etc.)
Manage the SMS budget and achieve revenue goals
Continuously develop, monitor, and grow customer segments
Identify opportunities for content personalization and optimization
Email and SMS copywriting (subject lines, preheaders, email body copy, SMS messages)

Required

4-6 years of experience working in email service providers and SMS platforms (Attentive experience preferred)
Experience A/B testing campaign subject lines and content
Experience establishing and optimizing automated email and SMS campaigns
Firm understanding of the customer lifecycle and ability to manage newly acquired, active, lapsed, and inactive subscribers
Demonstrated ability to segment audiences based on behavior and customer characteristics
Great communicator, able to work independently and complete assigned tasks
Strong sense of ownership and innovation with your work and ideas
Copywriting experience required (subject lines, preheaders, email body copy, SMS messages)

Preferred

Experience with Yotpo or other loyalty programs
Experience with a fashion ecommerce company
