Customer Service Representative - Electrical Parts

The Customer Service Representative will efficiently process customer orders, provide support, and assist customers with product inquiries to enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities
Take orders over the phone, and through email
Provide 2nd level support for Counter Sales
Assist customers with product explanations, pricing, availability, and suggest additional/related items that are helpful or required
Maintain knowledge of and promote our entire e-business platform
Call the Credit Department as needed regarding credit hold orders
Assemble drawings and cut sheets
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
1-2 years' experience in customer-facing role
Basic computer skills for entering orders
Willingness to learn about our products through on-the-job training
Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
Experience in the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or construction industries
1-2 years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience
