Responsibilities
Guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of accounting data through recording, verification, consolidation, and transaction entries
Compilation of account information to prepare and record entries for assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses
Leading Month End and Year End Close processes
Reconciling bank statements to ensure financial accuracy
Conducting balance sheet account reconciliations and maintaining schedules
Managing the Accounts Payable process
Summarizing the financial status through collection of information and the preparation of balance sheets, profit, and loss statements
Reporting and analysis to identify and explain variances
Facilitating external audits by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts
Qualification
Required
Outstanding reporting and communication skills
Expert in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office applications
Able to navigate accounting systems
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
