SDPC Registry Support Manager/Specialist
Access 4 Learning is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the Support Manager for the Student Data Privacy Consortium’s (SDPC) Registry 2.0. This role will be responsible for end-to-end training, user enablement, and frontline support for Registry 2.0, while also leading the migration of users and Alliances from Registry 1.0.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training materials for Registry 2.0, including written documentation, guides, videos, webinars, and self-paced resources
Design and maintain role-based training curricula for different user types (e.g., Alliance administrators, district users, vendors)
Conduct live and virtual training sessions, office hours, and workshops for SDPC members and stakeholders
Continuously update training materials to reflect new features, enhancements, and user feedback
Plan and execute the migration of users and SDPC Alliances from Registry 1.0 to Registry 2.0
Develop migration guides, timelines, and communication plans to support a smooth transition
Provide hands-on support to Alliances and users during the migration process
Identify and escalate migration-related issues, working with technical teams to resolve them
Serve as the primary Level 1 helpdesk support resource for Registry 2.0
Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve common problems related to system access, workflows, and functionality
Document issues, resolutions, and FAQs to improve support efficiency and self-service resources
Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate internal or external teams, tracking resolution through completion
Act as the functional application owner for Registry 2.0 on behalf of Access 4 Learning
Serve as the primary point of contact between SDPC stakeholders and technical development teams
Participate in release planning, user acceptance testing, and feature validation from a user and training perspective
Collect and synthesize user feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap discussions
Ensure consistent, accurate communication with users regarding updates, changes, and best practices
Build strong working relationships with SDPC Alliances, A4L staff, vendors, and partners
Support SDPC governance and working groups as needed related to Registry usage and adoption
Represent Registry 2.0 in meetings, webinars, and conferences as a subject matter expert
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience developing and delivering training for software applications or technical platforms
Demonstrated experience providing user support or helpdesk services, preferably in a SaaS or education technology environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including education agencies, vendors, or consortia
Preferred
Familiarity with the Student Data Privacy Consortium, student data privacy agreements, or K–12 education technology ecosystems and/or
Experience with user migration, system transitions, or change management initiatives and/or
Knowledge of data privacy, contract management, or registry-based systems
Experience working in a membership-based or nonprofit organization
