Responsibilities
Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of various flooring types
Support 3–4 buildings on campus, all within walking distance
Safely operate floor care equipment and use cleaning chemicals
Follow hospital safety, infection control, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work independently during evening hours
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Working knowledge of multiple hard floor surfaces (marble, granite, VCT, etc.)
Working knowledge of carpet cleaning procedures (shampooing, extracting, bonneting)
Ability to perform window cleaning and power washing duties
Time management skills
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and follow-up
Preferred
Prior floor care experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
