Customer Advisor
SoTalent is a leading retail services organization seeking a Customer Advisor to support account growth and customer engagement. This role involves managing customer accounts, engaging with customers for renewals, and assisting with in-store operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer account information, ensuring records and payment schedules are accurate and up to date
Engage directly with customers to encourage timely agreement renewals through in-person visits and phone outreach
Clearly communicate the value of on-time payments and renewal options
Support revenue and renewal targets by partnering with the Customer Account Manager
Assist with product deliveries, returns, and in-store operational activities as needed
Inspect, clean, and prepare returned merchandise to quality standards
Safely load, transport, and secure products using a company vehicle
Complete daily route documentation and routine vehicle checks
Collaborate with sales and store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum age requirement met with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to meet transportation and safety certification requirements where applicable
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
Capability to lift moderate to heavy items, with assistance when required
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
High energy, professionalism, and comfort multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Confident computer skills and comfort using in-store systems
Preferred
Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus
