Start in 2026 SummerJLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services, and they are seeking a Summer Intern in Project and Development Services. In this role, you will assist project management professionals in creating presentations, budgets, and project deliverables while gaining exposure to construction project management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities
Support the project management team in developing presentations, budgets, financial documents, playbooks, and other deliverables
Assist in the creation of project execution playbooks and training materials to support standardized practices across teams
Support vendor management, RFP development, scope creation, and finance reconciliation activities
Perform project coordination tasks including data entry, contract administration, and work within the Project Management Platform (PMWeb)
Collaborate with operations and project managers to update, clean, and analyze project data for quality and accuracy
Gain hands-on experience with space planning and exposure to multiple project types across various clients and industries
Provide administrative and meeting support, including taking meeting notes, tracking project schedules, and preparing site visit summaries
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years completed in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Independent thinker who can also collaborate effectively with team members
Interest in the commercial real estate and construction industries
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and creativity
Excellent relationship-building, customer service, and presentation skills
General business understanding and desire to learn project delivery best practices
Permanent U.S. work authorization is required
