Responsibilities
Meeting with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved
Maintaining customer quality assurance; emphasis on safety, managing the expenditure of labor and materials
Improving efficiencies, managing route schedules, and callback rates
Managing labor and material investments within budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required or currently pursuing degree which must be awarded prior to start date in summer 2026
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Must be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Preferred
Construction management majors are preferred
