Responsibilities

Partner with customers to understand their systems, workflows, and constraints
Design end-to-end AI solutions that translate business processes into scalable technical architectures
Build, debug, and deploy AI-driven workflows and integrations in production environments
Integrate AI components with enterprise applications and APIs
Act as the technical lead during onboarding and early deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live customer systems
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to feed real-world insights back into the platform

Required

3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python (JavaScript/TypeScript a plus)

Experience or interest in AI systems, LLMs, or agent-based architectures
Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise software ecosystems
Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information and shifting priorities

Exposure to vector databases, orchestration frameworks, or AI tooling
