Responsibilities
Create and improve CNC programs across multiple machines and controllers
Support day-to-day manufacturing by optimizing tooling, workholding, routings, and cycle times
Design CAD models, fixtures, process drawings, and machine layouts
Partner with quality, sales, customers, and suppliers to resolve technical issues
Help re-quote jobs and adjust processes to maintain strong margins
Maintain BOMs, routings, and process documentation, ensuring changes are well controlled
Train and support teammates on best practices and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and blueprints (GD&T)
Experience with SolidWorks
Strong math, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using Excel (advanced skills a plus)
Clear communicator who works well across departments
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
