Define and enforce SAP testing rules, Best Practices and guidelines

Encourage/ Bring innovation to enhance team efficiencies and effectiveness

Provide primary interface and manage relationship with Stakeholders

Strong functional knowledge in more than one SAP Modules and IS solutions

SAP Test Manager should be able to demonstrate they are delivering the valued results that justified their creation through the use of output metrics

Manage team members and mentor them on effective delivery and best practices

Good knowledge in SAP Test Data Management and estimation process

Good English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)

Strong self-management skills

Attention to detail, organized, analytical and with well-developed presentation skills

Good knowledge on Test Management
