The Lifecycle Program Manager will oversee North America equipment upgrades, driving growth and performance in alignment with Carrier’s Aftermarket Lifecycle strategy, while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Set and execute measurable market-level goals aligned with business objectives
Track adoption rates and adjust strategies to meet growth targets
Identify market trends and develop actionable solutions
Maintain a comprehensive opportunity target list to achieve financial target
Use Salesforce to monitor pipeline and sales performance
Collaborate with marketing and engineering to create sales tools (scripts, brochures, templates)
Provide direct sales support for owners, facilitating scope development and equipment replacement projects
Lead initiatives to enhance BUR growth and profitability
Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports
Communicate objectives and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
Foster accountability and innovation through feedback and idea exchange
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred), or 5+ years in Business Development/Sales Operations (Commercial HVAC industry preferred)
Proficiency in service management software, CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), and data analytics
Proven leadership in large-scale programs/projects
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; fluent in Microsoft Suite
Strong organizational and communication skills for multi-market coordination and leadership reporting
Willingness to travel (25%-50%)
