The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the server infrastructure, ensuring system security, and supporting various IT services across the organization.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, and storage
Maintain virtual environments for servers and workstations
Administer server and PC security, including user / group / file / folder management
Password management
Configure and maintain camera servers, and related software
Help maintain and tickets for ticketing system, including agent/user setup, permissions, custom forms, FAQs, and knowledge base documentation
Generate and present monthly IT reports to the Director of IT and corporate staff
Orchestrate company backups and file retention including restore testing quarterly
Help maintain patch management, password managers, etc…
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and/or 6+ years of IT experience
Proven experience in server administration, backup solutions, and virtualization technologies
Strong knowledge of on-premise server hardware, virtualization, and on premise SAN storage systems
Familiarity with network security, telecommunication systems, and help desk platforms
Ability to manage multiple IT services and provide technical support across departments
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft environments
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good at multitasking
