Responsibilities
Perform minor plumbing repairs and adjustments
Repair interior and exterior finishes, including drywall
Address minor electrical issues, light fixture repairs, and lamp replacements
Conduct touch-up painting and remove graffiti
Execute basic locksmith tasks
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of properties and vacant spaces, including pressure washing and window cleaning
Service and maintain water pumps and fountains
Inspect and monitor fire alarm panels, life safety systems, and HVAC rooftop units
Maintain building roofs, removing debris as needed
Respond promptly to after-hours and weekend emergencies
Efficiently complete assigned work orders and projects from start to finish
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum two years of general maintenance experience in a commercial environment
Minimum of two years of general plumbing and electrical experience required
Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
Ability to lift 35 lbs., stoop, climb, and perform other physical tasks
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel across the Houston Metropolitan area
A commitment to maintaining safe work practices and compliance
Preferred
HVAC certification is strongly preferred
