Client Service Manager

TaylorMade Experience is partnering with an independent registered investment advisory firm in the Washington, DC metropolitan area to assist with the search for a Client Service Manager. The Client Service Manager will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s Wealth Advisors and Relationship Managers, ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare client account paperwork, forms, and meeting deliverables under the supervision of Advisors and Relationship Managers
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of client-facing materials
Coordinate with custodians and vendors to resolve operational issues
Process client requests promptly outside of scheduled meetings
Open, maintain, and transfer accounts across custodians
Process money movements (wires, ACH transfers, and check requests)
Monitor account activity for accuracy and compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses and exceptional service
Maintain accurate and current records in the firm’s CRM system
Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, Advisors, and Relationship Managers
Ensure adherence to firm policies, SEC regulations, and industry best practices
Maintain complete and accurate client documentation
Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and client service
Support firm-wide initiatives and special projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field
2–3 years of administrative or client service experience, preferably in financial services
Exceptional communication and client service skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities; skilled at multi-tasking
High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
