Serve as the primary HR contact for hourly and salaried employees
Support employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation
Partner on workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and retention
Coach supervisors on performance, communication, and leadership
Oversee HR compliance, safety collaboration, and training initiatives
