Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by achieving volume and profit targets within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through direct, one-on-one engagement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field promotion and account development
Present and demonstrate products, offering consultative support on optimal applications
Effectively communicate product features and benefits using persuasive sales techniques
Analyze historical and current sales data, trends, costs, and revenue to inform strategy and reporting
Provide insights and updates to management on account performance and market dynamics
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Support customer accounts with pricing, warranty claims, receivables, and service-related matters
Qualification
Required
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (60%+), including occasional overnight trips
Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Valid driver's license required
2–3+ years of prior sales experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field preferred
Industry-specific experience is a plus
