Responsibilities

Fully own the revenue goal for the assigned region and deploy sales strategies to consistently exceed sales targets
Lead regional execution of Rhythm’s commercial strategy with accountability for region’s pipeline health, sales conversion, and overall territory level performance
Serve as a strategic partner in deal execution—supporting reps in value based selling strategies, product positioning, pricing strategies, and deal negotiations
Coach and lead a high performing team of sales professionals who are accountable to KPIs, activity expectations, and pipeline benchmarks
Deliver regular in field coaching and structured 1:1s with each rep that focuses on closing opportunities, sales skill development, product and industry knowledge, and territory planning
Identify, share and scale best practices across the region to uplift rep performance and improve customer engagement quality
Establish and grow high level relationships with key regional customers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement
Identify unmet customer needs and competitive threats and partner with leadership team to address them through tailored messaging and or product enhancements
Utilize performance dashboards and CRM data to track pipeline velocity, conversion rates and opportunity progression by business development specialist and account
Review weekly opportunity reports with each team member and provide tactical guidance on how to move deals forward, remove roadblocks and close high-value opportunities
Champion adherence to Rhythm’s sales activity process and opportunity management methodology across the region, ensuring reps are accurately tracking stage progression, gate reviews, and next steps for active opportunities
Drive Data integrity in CRM and use analytics to coach behavior and influence strategic decisions
Represent Rhythm at key industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote the brand and surface strategic insights
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales Operations, Customer Experience, AR, and Operations) to ensure seamless customer experience
Support accurate demand planning and resource forecasting through real time field intelligence and pipeline analysis
Communicate regional insights and performance trends to executive leadership with recommendations for action
Research prospective customers and identify key players to generate interest and new business
Maintain an understanding and awareness of product knowledge, competitive market, industry trends, government regulations, and technical developments that impact industry
Perform other duties as required by management
Travel up to 60%, including overnights

Required

7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing field-based teams
Proven track record of owning and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue quotas
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of opportunity management, territory planning, and sales forecasting
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to job
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Confidence to ask for business
Ability to conduct presentations in a professional, polished manner
Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Receptive to coaching and learning new ideas

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
DME, healthcare, or medical device industry experience preferred
NetSuite software preferred
