Swoon is seeking a hyper-organized, high-energy Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing a high-volume interview pipeline and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while partnering with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end logistics for 50+ interviews per week, ensuring seamless transitions between technical screens, panel interviews, and executive deep-dives
Partner directly with the C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders to manage complex calendars, navigating last-minute shifts with poise and professional communication
Act as a brand ambassador, providing a world-class experience from the initial reach-out to the final offer, ensuring all candidates are prepared, informed, and welcomed
Maintain impeccable data integrity within our ATS (Ashby preferred)
Identify bottlenecks in the current scheduling workflow and propose "fast-track" solutions to reduce time-to-hire during peak scaling periods
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries for out-of-state candidates, managing expense reimbursements and local accommodations

Required

Experience managing a high-velocity pipeline for technical and business teams

Ability to partner directly with C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders
Strong professional communication skills
Experience acting as a brand ambassador for candidate experience
Ability to maintain impeccable data integrity within an ATS
Experience identifying bottlenecks in scheduling workflows
Ability to propose solutions to reduce time-to-hire
Experience coordinating complex domestic and international travel itineraries

High level of calendar management experience
