You can document feature improvement requirements and drive those feature improvements through the development process
You are a pragmatic visionary that enjoys interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction
You are comfortable with feature and requirements definition, customer interviews and surveys, metrics analysis, and competitive analysis. You are particularly adept at synthesizing these inputs into requirements definition
See yourself as a problem solver, able to think creatively to remove obstacles
You prefer to be hands-on with your products, able to set up and use what your target users use, putting yourself in their shoes
You are enthusiastic about evangelizing your products including authoring blogs, technical tutorials and delivering webinars

Qualification
Required
Experience and knowledge in Microsoft365
Experience and knowledge in Microsoft Teams
Experience and knowledge in Google Workspace
Experience and knowledge in Exchange
Experience and knowledge in Cloud Drives
Experience in driving feature improvements into Software as a Service environments
Experience with Software as a Service feature release cadence
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Experience working with and coordinating remote development teams to deliver features on time and with quality
Ability to document feature improvement requirements and drive those feature improvements through the development process
Ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and shape product direction
Comfort with feature and requirements definition, customer interviews and surveys, metrics analysis, and competitive analysis
Ability to synthesize inputs into requirements definition
Problem-solving skills and creative thinking to remove obstacles
Hands-on experience with products, able to set up and use what target users use
Enthusiasm for evangelizing products including authoring blogs, technical tutorials and delivering webinars

Preferred
At least 5 years of Product management, product owner or software industry experience
Experience using software development tools such as Jira, Confluence
Strong written and spoken communication skills
A technical background with exposure to cloud environments, data migration and enterprise IT workflow
Familiarity with the data tools landscape and market trends
