Program Manager (contract)
Microsoft is seeking an experienced Program Manager (contract) to design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions for their Talent Acquisition and HR Operations group. The successful candidate will translate complex business requirements into user-friendly applications and reports while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business objectives and convert these into comprehensive program requirements and technical specifications for reporting
Design, implement, and deliver reporting solutions utilizing Power BI
Develop and maintain Power Apps applications to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations workflows
Create and optimize Power Automate flows to streamline business processes
Conduct data analysis and provide troubleshooting support for user inquiries and issues
Facilitate user education and training sessions
Participate in daily stand-up meetings to review development progress, address blockers, and share updates
Respond to and resolve help tickets submitted by users in a timely manner
Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions based on user feedback and changing requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience collaborating with talent acquisition teams
Background working with HR data and HR Operations processes
Proven track record of delivering Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments
Proficiency in Power Apps with 3+ years of experience
Proficiency in Power Automate Flow with 3+ years of experience
Proficiency in Power BI with 1+ year of experience
Strong understanding of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including measures, calculated columns, and tables
Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and Structured Query Language
Understanding of best practices for data visualization and reporting design
Experience in reporting design, development, and maintenance
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Fabric
