Assistant Office Manager

Responsibilities
Support the Office Manager in the daily operations of a high-volume residential service office
Assist with dispatch, scheduling, and call flow to maximize efficiency and revenue
Utilize Service Titan to manage jobs, customer records, reporting, and workflows
Coach and support CSR and dispatch teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Help ensure KPIs, call standards, and operational goals are met
Maintain organization, accuracy, and accountability across office processes
Qualification
Required
Residential home services industry experience (HVAC or Plumbing strongly preferred)
Service Titan experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to work rotating Saturdays and overtime when required
