Deliver consistent, high-quality frontline team training during presale, sneak peek, and post-opening phases

Qualification

Required

3+ years of leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or multi-unit operations
Strong training, coaching, and communication skills

Comfortable with frequent travel and extended time on-site
Passion for fitness, people development, and brand excellence

Preferred
