Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
Recruit, interview, conduct reference checks, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding logistics
Utilize the applicant tracking system (Workday), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing technologies to identify strong candidates and build proactive talent pipelines
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates for current and future roles
Apply consistent, effective candidate selection methods with attention to quality and cost-efficiency
Provide timely, effective communication and support to hiring managers and internal partners
Monitor and elevate client satisfaction levels; identify and resolve issues quickly
Maintain accurate documentation of recruiting activity, decisions, and candidate interactions
Analyze short- and long-term talent needs within supported business groups
Source candidates using multiple channels and technologies
Operate sourcing software and tools effectively while seeking opportunities for improvement
Surface emerging or unmet customer talent needs to help shape recruiting priorities
Maintain strong responsiveness to hiring partners and candidates
Deliver high-quality service and value aligned with organizational standards
Serve as a subject matter expert on talent needs within a technical product and engineering environment
Leverage TA systems, tools, and processes with high accuracy and compliance
Conduct research to remain knowledgeable on recruiting trends and best practices
Provide staffing support for routine roles across multiple functions or departments
Assist with executing staffing goals, strategies, and reporting

Required

5–7 years of in-house recruiting experience (internship experience accepted)
High school diploma required
Expertise in technical recruiting (e.g., Software Engineering, AI, Automation)
Advanced sourcing capabilities across platforms and tools
High level of comfort working with technology and recruitment systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational discipline
Proven stakeholder management, with the ability to maintain timely and effective communication
Ability to operate in a global, international environment
Accurate, detailed recordkeeping and documentation

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Experience using Workday
