Responsibilities
Provide real-time financial analysis to help guide purchasing, pricing, and operational decisions across a key business segment
Lead forecasting and budgeting processes for the division, covering the full P&L including sales, COGS, and operating expenses
Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting, identifying key variances and performance drivers
Partner with commercial and operations teams to analyze customer and regional sales trends
Track and present key financial metrics and benchmarks to internal stakeholders
Support ad hoc financial projects and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic planning
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related corporate finance role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA, CPA or advanced degree a plus but not required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build models and perform complex analysis
Experience presenting findings to stakeholders and supporting cross-functional initiatives
Strong ERP software experience
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
