Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment
Optimize layout, storage systems, and workflows for efficiency
Oversee receiving, storage, and shipment of inventory
Plan for future growth, including expanded capacity and new systems
Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team
Assign daily tasks and support high performance and accountability
Track KPIs related to inventory accuracy and productivity
Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Maintain accurate inventory across all locations and sales channels
Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and audits
Monitor stock levels and flag reorder needs
Ensure inventory is organized for efficient fulfillment
Partner with Logistics, Production, Retail, Sales, and Customer Service teams
Communicate inventory status and warehouse priorities
Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements
Implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, safety, and efficiency
Stay current on warehouse best practices and technologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience
Strong people leadership and organizational skills
Experience with inventory systems (Shopify a plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures
Preferred
Forklift certification and warehouse safety experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
