Responsibilities

Organize and maintain Trusts & Estates client files, both electronically and in hard copy, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and proofreading wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
Coordinate client meetings, schedule appointments, and communicate with outside professionals as needed
Manage attorney calendars, emails, phone calls, and daily administrative duties to keep workflow efficient
Support the preparation and filing of estate documents, accountings, and related correspondence
Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned by attorneys, providing reliable administrative and legal support

Required

Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally in Trusts & Estates

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a temporary assignment setting
Professional, dependable, and able to anticipate attorney and client needs
