Responsibilities
Set and execute enterprise trade strategy across manufacturer and rebate programs
Lead executive-level negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers and trade partners
Own rebate performance, contract structure, and ongoing compliance
Evaluate market dynamics, pipeline innovation, and policy impacts affecting drug pricing
Partner cross-functionally with clinical, finance, sales, and client teams to operationalize strategy
Build and lead a high-performing trade relations team
Deliver forecasting, performance reporting, and executive-level insights
Qualification
Required
Senior experience in pharmaceutical trade relations, manufacturer contracting, or rebate strategy within a PBM or comparable healthcare organization
Demonstrated success leading negotiations and delivering material financial impact
Strong understanding of formulary strategy, rebate economics, and trade governance
Prior people leadership experience with accountability for outcomes
Executive presence and ability to influence at the highest organizational levels
