Responsibilities
Receive, track, configure, package, and ship end-user hardware such as PCs, monitors, docks, and accessories
Update and maintain accurate asset records within ServiceNow
Process and fulfill requests for hardware and related equipment
Keep the hardware storage area organized and fully stocked
Provide onsite support across multiple facilities in the greater Charlotte area
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of desktop computers, laptops, and related peripherals
Prior experience using inventory or asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar platforms)
Comfort performing physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Exposure to workstation deployments, refresh initiatives, or comparable hardware rollouts
