Entry, Mid LevelBenchmark Sports, through its brand Golf Daddy, is focused on elevating sports training and practice through innovative content and technology. They are seeking a Golf Content Creator to produce engaging short-form content for social media platforms, while collaborating with other creators and supporting product launches.

Responsibilities
Appear on camera in short-form content (talking, demonstrating, reacting, interviewing, hosting)
Create and ship high-performing TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts with the team
Contribute to idea generation: hooks, formats, series, trends, storylines, and golf-world moments
Support shoots for product explainers and coaching-related content (you’re not a “DP,” but you can help execute)
Travel locally as needed for content moments (events, tee times, activations)
Collaborate with golf creators and partners to produce content and expand reach
Turn top-performing organic concepts into repeatable series and ad-ready variations with the team
Create content supporting new coaching products and Golf Daddy launches (especially golf improvement)
Help execute seasonal moments (ex: Father’s Day) with campaign-ready content
Support early international expansion by creating content that resonates in new markets
Become a reliable on-camera “face” within the Golf Daddy content ecosystem
Take on larger creative ownership across series, collaborations, and travel content
Maintain high creative standards while consistently shipping content
Continue supporting creator partnerships and evolving the brand’s content voice
Qualification
Required
Strong on-camera presence (public speaking, clear communication, confidence on camera)
Golf familiarity and genuine interest (you don't need to be elite, but you need to be credible)
Proven short-form content experience
Willing to work in-person in Irvine, CA (relocation supported)
Preferred
Experience building or growing a social account (personal or brand)
Ability to help with basic production execution (shot lists, filming, simple setups)
Familiarity with performance content (hooks, retention, iterations, ad variations)
Comfort traveling for content (tournaments, creator shoots, events)
