Responsibilities
Ensure effective project delivery from initial project opportunity identification to resourcing through stabilization of services
Plan program milestones and project schedules for implementation
Establish program goals and Key Performance Indicators to meet client needs
Ensure client satisfaction with delivery and program transition(s)
Oversee program evaluation, collecting program feedback to incorporate into best practices and program evolution
Own program financial performance through the turnover of operations
Hire, coach, and performance manage team members consistent with McKinstry values
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
10 years of relevant operations experience
Experience standardizing operating procedures, managing projects, identifying resource needs and adjusting during build out of program(s)
Expertise in a specific program (Cx, BEA, TSO, MSI, FA, ROC)
Understanding of Integrated Facilities Management preferred
Proficient in Communication/Teaming/Internal and External Interactions
Proficient in project management/people leadership/sales acumen
