Law Practice
Responsibilities
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
Prepare medical summaries and special damage documentation
Maintain pleadings, discovery, and case management indexes
Organize exhibits, evidence, briefs, appendices, and trial materials
Assist attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
Gather relevant information from medical, financial, and other sources
Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and third‑party vendors
Support attorneys with case settlements and resolutions
Qualification
Required
Paralegal degree required
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable learning and using legal technology and case management systems
Preferred
Prior experience as a civil or litigation paralegal preferred
