Responsibilities
Day to day responsibilities include data entry, vendor invoice processing, managing the approval and payment process in the AP lifecycle for all entities, vendor management (tracking and resolving discrepancies)
Also experienced in and in charge of approving (final approval) travel and expenses before rolling over and processing payments for said approved items
Assists in external audit requests and also currently working hand in hand with internal audit during the user testing phase and implementation of a new payment automation system
Has exposure to preparing journal entries in previous role, and would like to continue learning and practicing other aspects of corporate accounting
