2+ years expMain Line Health is seeking a Registration Scheduling Specialist who will serve as one of the first points of contact for new patients. In this role, you will collect and capture accurate patient data while providing excellent customer service and helping patients understand their financial responsibilities and available services.

Interact with nursing staff, other departments, physician offices, medical offices, and the general public as needed to provide outstanding service
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service experience
Excellent customer service and computer skills
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of insurance and third party reimbursement
High school diploma preferred
