Responsibilities
Conduct monthly scans using the designated applications
Oversee application performance throughout the scanning process to ensure optimal efficiency
Perform quality assurance checks on completed scans to ensure adherence to process requirements
Consults as needed on accessibility or remediation questions
Help Desk Monitoring
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong understanding of Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 accessibility and compliance
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
