Customer Logistics Project Manager
Pride Health is seeking a Customer Logistics Project Manager for an American multinational conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, healthcare, and consumer goods. This role focuses on optimizing outbound customer shipments and requires strong cross-functional leadership and structured project execution.
Responsibilities
Lead vehicle load factor improvement initiatives to achieve an 80% utilization target for domestic customer shipments, leveraging Power BI analytics for performance insights
Deploy customer minimum order quantity optimization initiatives to increase full-layer and full-pallet pick ratios to 65% across US distribution centers
Standardize customer order and shipping frequency patterns to improve transportation efficiency and network stability
Engage directly with customers, including presenting initiatives, reviewing progress, and supporting adoption of shipment-optimization practices
Develop and maintain decision-support tools, including prioritization matrices, process maps, execution timelines, and initiative tracking mechanisms
Coordinate onsite activities at distribution centers, manufacturing locations, and logistics workshops
Collaborate with Americas Domestic Transportation and site teams to ensure consistent operational execution and measurable improvements
Lead cross-functional solution development with Commercial, Customer Engagement, and other partner teams to resolve systemic issues
Define customer-and site-level load factor targets and track performance, providing visibility to stakeholders through structured reporting
Prepare and deliver executive-level updates, including performance summaries, initiative progress, and cost-savings realization
Maintain governance processes, enhance the Global Load Factor Playbook, and update content in centralized communication platforms
Establish and manage a project framework, including scope definition, schedules, milestones, risk identification, and communication plans
Develop tools and templates to support project stages across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across Customer Engagement, Commercial Centers, Transportation, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Planning
Qualification
Required
Strong customer experience background, including account management, sales, planning, or related customer‐facing logistics leadership
Demonstrated success implementing logistics optimization initiatives such as order consolidation, full‐pallet conversions, or shipment‐frequency improvements
Proven project leadership skills, including establishing project structure, managing multi‐workstream initiatives, driving accountability, and delivering results on tight timelines
Experience using analytics platforms such as Power BI to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Ability to coordinate cross‐functional teams, manage complex operational issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Flexibility to travel domestically and support international time zones as needed
