Responsibilities
Run your recruiting desk with full accountability
Source, screen, and present candidates for executive and professional searches
Partner with internal sales and delivery teams on active nationwide job orders
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake to offer acceptance
Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through decision points
Maintain strong, consistent communication with candidates and internal partners
Build repeatable recruiting processes that support long-term client relationships
Focus primarily on recruiting delivery, with flexibility to develop client relationships as desired
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of recruiting experience, staffing, agency or retained
Proven ability to find, engage, and close candidates
Strong candidate management and follow-through
Comfort working independently with full ownership of results
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline
Ability to collaborate within a team-based recruiting model
