Responsibilities

Access, cleanse, compile, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

Perform exploratory and pre-defined data analyses using scientifically valid statistical techniques

Support feasibility studies by assessing data availability, quality, and modeling requirements

Engineer and discover meaningful features from high-dimensional datasets

Apply and evaluate modern statistical and machine learning techniques to identify optimal models

Design and support scalable data storage, movement, and transformation architectures

Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively

Partner with business teams and leaders to define analytical questions and support decision-making

Propose innovative uses of existing datasets, algorithms, and predictive models

Required

Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL

Experience building dashboards using Grafana, OpenSearch, or Oracle Analytics Cloud

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or OCI

Proven experience designing and building ETL pipelines

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with AI / Machine Learning models and techniques

Background in healthcare, enterprise IT systems, or large-scale data environments
