Responsibilities

Serve as the main marketing liaison for the Payments Division, developing strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals

Independently build strategies, timelines, and budgets, then coordinate execution with the broader marketing team

Participate in Payments leadership meetings to evaluate new marketing requests and advise on feasibility and priorities

Manage projects in DevOps, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Use data, research, and campaign results to optimize strategies and report on performance

Drive innovative, solution oriented marketing efforts supporting growth in Payments and credit card portfolios

Stay updated on industry and credit card marketing trends to inform future initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

Minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven ability to independently create and execute high level marketing strategies

Strong background using data and market insights to guide decisions

Experience managing creative production and cross functional workflows

Preferred

B2B marketing experience in financial services or the payments industry

Familiarity with Salesforce/Marketing Cloud and Agile methodologies

Experience with project management tools (e.g., DevOps)

Leadership experience guiding creative or analytical team members
