Manager of Talent Acquisition and Attraction
KIPP Capital Region Public Schools partners with families and communities to create joyful and academically excellent schools. They are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition and Attraction to lead all aspects of recruiting and enhance their employer branding.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of full-life cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Develop hiring strategies
Enhance employer branding
Coordinate interviews
Maintain strong candidate pipelines
Collaborate with internal teams to align staffing needs with organizational goals while ensuring a high-quality recruitment process
Qualification
Required
Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to source and hire top talent
Skills in Hiring and Interviewing to develop and execute effective hiring strategies
Expertise in Employer Branding to enhance the organization's reputation as a top employer
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Proficiency in using recruiting tools and technology platforms to manage the hiring process effectively
Preferred
Previous experience in the education sector or knowledge of the public school system is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
